At Citrus & Sage, we stand behind the quality and intention of every product and service we offer. Because many of our offerings are digital, made-to-order, or time-based, our refund policy is designed to protect both your experience and our small business integrity.
Services (Coaching, Digital Retreats, Meditation)

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Missed sessions or no-shows are non-refundable.

If you’re unsatisfied with your experience, reach out—we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable products, all digital sales are final.

If you experience a technical issue, email us within 7 days and we’ll ensure you receive your product or offer a suitable solution.
Physical Products (if/when applicable)

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, if the item is unused, in original condition, and shipped back at your expense.

Special Notes
