Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Citrus & Sage, we stand behind the quality and intention of every product and service we offer. Because many of our offerings are digital, made-to-order, or time-based, our refund policy is designed to protect both your experience and our small business integrity.

Services (Coaching, Digital Retreats, Meditation)

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  • Missed sessions or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • If you’re unsatisfied with your experience, reach out—we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of downloadable products, all digital sales are final.

  • If you experience a technical issue, email us within 7 days and we’ll ensure you receive your product or offer a suitable solution.

Physical Products (if/when applicable)

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, if the item is unused, in original condition, and shipped back at your expense.

  • To start a return, please email us at ytfinanceauto@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Special Notes

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside these terms. We’re a purpose-driven brand—and we always aim to resolve things with kindness and clarity.
