All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. Digital products and services are non-refundable unless technical issues prevent delivery and cannot be resolved.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For coaching sessions and digital retreats, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any reschedule. Missed or no-show appointments may not be eligible for refund.

Citrus & Sage is not liable for any damages or losses related to the use of this site, services, or products. All participation is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your choices and outcomes.
